What counts as one run?
A question you ask in chat, a scheduled job that fires while you are away, or an article written — all count as one run. There is no second currency to convert into: the number on the plan and the number in the app are the same field.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. A new account gets five runs and no clock — spend them at whatever pace you like, and no card is asked for until you want more. There is no trial timer to expire while you are busy.
What happens when I use up the month?
The work pauses until the month resets or you move up a plan; nothing is charged automatically beyond your subscription. The gauge in the app shows what is left before you get there.
What is the difference between the plans?
Only how much work fits in a month. Every plan is the whole product — the same agents, the same integrations, the same publishing. Starter is about 100 runs a month at $29, Pro about 200 at $49, Scale about 400 at $79.
Is one plan one website?
Yes. A plan covers one website project — chat, articles, monitoring and competitor tracking for that site in a single workspace.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Yes, at any time, from the billing page. Moving up takes effect immediately; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the month you have paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are processed by Paddle and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or Paddle grants one at its discretion. That is exactly why the free runs exist — see the whole run before you pay for the month.
